  • Those who are waiting acceptance of abstracts, will still be permitted to pay the regular conference fee of EUR 450

3. Accommodation, breakfast and all taxes included:

  • Hotel and guesthouse rooms have been reserved by Gestamottakan ehf. - Your Host in Iceland - for conference participants at a special conference rate.

    All reservations are handled by Gestamóttakan. Possible changes of your hotel reservation must be made in writing to Gestamóttakan. Please do not contact the hotel directly. See description of accommodation.

    Accommodation cannot be guaranteed if booked after 30 April 2010.

    Payments for accommodation must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the event.

    Bank and transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.

Cancellation and refund policy:

  • Cancellations must be done in writing (e-mail). 75% of the registration fee will be refunded on cancellation received before 15 May. After 15 May no refund will made.
    In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. accommodation, tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of EUR 15.

  • All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
