Registration and abstract submission

Please note that you need not pay the registration fee at the time of registration.

You can register and submit your abstract now, and then confirm your registration (and book the hotel) after you have been notified of acceptance (March 15th). In this case, please contact yourhost@yourhost.is concerning your payment arrangements.

Please refer to NSFS 2011 meeting and state the name(s) of the participants(s) clearly on all payments.
Bank and transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations must be done in writing. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received before 20 July 2011. After 20 July no refund will made.
In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. accommodation, tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of EUR 35.
