Hotel and guesthouse rooms have been reserved by Gestamottakan ehf. - Your Host in Iceland - for conference participants at a special conference rate.

All reservations are handled by Gestamóttakan. Possible changes of your hotel reservation must be made in writing to Gestamóttakan. Please do not contact the hotel directly. See description of accommodation

Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellations must be done in writing. Refund for paid accommodation will be done if canncellation is made 4 weeks prior to arrival. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made between 15 Oct and 15 Nov. In case of cancellation of specific items (tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less a bank cost of EUR 16.
