Information for presenters

ORAL PRESENTATION:

Dear presenter at the NNDR 2011 conference,

We look forward to welcoming you to the NNDR 2011 in Reykjavik, Iceland. Please read carefully the following information for presenters.

All Parallel Paper Sessions are 90 minutes long. In sessions where there are 5 papers, presenters have 15 minutes for their presentation. In sessions with 4 papers, presenters have 20 minutes. Time for questions will be at the end of each session. Please ensure you keep to your allocated time as the program is very tight. Also, please check the scheduling of your presentation in the conference program at: http://www.yourhost.is/nndr2011

Each session room will be set up with theatre style seating with a microphone, PC computer and power point projector. Presentations must be in Microsoft Power Point format. Please provide a PC based presentation as MAC computers will not be available. Internet will be available in all session rooms for presenters.

Please e-mail your ppt presentation by Friday 20 May to the technician at the conference hotel, Grand Hotel Reykjavik: Þetta tölvupóstfang er varið gegn ruslpóstsþjörkum, Þú verður að hafa JavaScript virkt til að sjá það. - Include NNDR 2011 Presentation in the e-mail subject heading and your name and abstract title in the body of the e-mail. This is to enable your presentation to be checked for technical aspects and be uploaded to the computer in the appropriate session room prior to your arrival. This is essential to secure a smooth running of the parallel paper sessions. We also need the ppt presentations in advance for the sign language interpreters. Also, please bring a PC based copy of your presentation on USB or CD to the conference.

POSTER PRESENTATION:

Dear presenter at the NNDR 2011 conference,

We look forward to welcoming you to the NNDR 2011 in Reykjavik, Iceland. Please read the following information carefully:

Please ensure your poster is displayed before 10:30, May 27, prior to the first coffee break. It is your responsibility to attach your poster to the poster board. Your allocated poster number is displayed on the Poster session overview. Special double tape (French tape) to attach your poster to the poster board will be available on site.

Poster criteria:
The poster must be within the measuring limits of: height 120 cm, width 90 cm. Orientation of your poster must be in portrait style. The poster should be easily readable at a distance of two metres. The message that your poster contains should be clear and understandable without the requirement of oral explanation. If you wish to supply handouts, please note that these cannot be placed on the floor for safety reasons. Thus you must provide a holder that can be attached to your board.

Posters must be removed by the end of the conference, May 28 at 18:00.
