7. Form of payment:

  • Please note that prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations. Participants will be notified of any neccessary changes.

  • Registration payment for conference should be done either by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or by bank transfer.

  • By credit card: After submitting registration a frame will be shown with secure payment gateway for credit card information where your card will be charged for the registration fee only, other charges will be made shortly before event.

       All payments must be made before arrival at the conference.
    Please refer to Islenska lestrarfelagid and state the name(s) of the participants(s) clearly on all payments.
    Bank and transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.
Cancellation and refund policy:

  • Cancellations must be done in writing. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received before 1 May 2012. After 1 May no refund will be made.
    In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. accommodation, tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of EUR 35. One night will be charged in case of late cancellation or "no shows"

  • All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
