3. Accommodation, breakfast and all taxes included

Hotel and guesthouse rooms have been reserved by Gestamottakan ehf. - Your Host in Iceland - for conference participants at a special conference rate.
All reservations are handled by Gestamóttakan. Possible changes of your hotel reservation must be made in writing to Gestamóttakan.

Registration payment for ICHY2009 2009 should be done either by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or by bank transfer. Please indicate card number and expiry date when sending in credit card information

Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellations must be done in writing. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received before 25 September 2009. After that only 25% will be refunded on cancellation made before 25 October 2009. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. accommodation, tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of EUR 13
