Registration
Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment.
Accommodation
Hotel and guesthouse rooms have been reserved by Gestamottakan - Your Host in Iceland - for conference participants at a special conference rate. All reservations are handled by Your Host.
Possible changes of your hotel reservation must be made in writing to Your Host.
Please do not contact the hotel directly. Hotel reservation cannot be guaranteed if less than 6 weeks prior to the conference.
Payment for accommodation and excursions should be made through Gestamóttakan - Your Host in Iceland.
Form of payment
Registration payment can be made either by credit card (VISA or MasterCard/Eurocard) or by bank transfer.
Payments must be made before arrival at the conference.
Please state the name of the conference and the name(s) of the participants(s) clearly on all payments.
Bank and transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be done in writing. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received 1 month before the conference starts, (see further information on the registration form).
In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. accommodation, tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of EUR 15.
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
