In addition to a BA degree in Danish and French from the University of Iceland and a BA degree in Social Sciences from the University of Kingston, London, England, Inga has a extensive experience of the travel industry in Iceland. She worked as a professional tour guide for foreign visitors to Iceland and is a former project manager of the West Nordic Tourist Board. She has also worked as Information Manager at the Icelandic Tourist Board. Inga founded Your Host in Iceland in 1996.
Helga Gunnur has a diploma in tourism from the Istituto Internazionale di Scienze Turistiche in Florence, Italy. Helga has extensive experience working in the travel industry. She was a marketing director at Jorvik Aviation Icelandic and an office manager at Northern Lights Tours in Britain. She also worked for the tour operator Arctic Experience in Britain and as a representative of the Icelandic Tourist Board in Akureyri
Kristjana has worked in the tourism industry for many years, the last nine of which have been specialising in conference and meeting organisation. She studied tourism at Menntaskólinn í Kópavogi, Iceland's leading school for the industry, and has a diploma in management and leadership from Reykjavík University. Before joining Your Host in Iceland, Kristjana worked at Samvinn Travel, Iceland Travel's conference department, and Congress Reykjavík. Kristjana lived in Norway for five years and speaks excellent Norwegian. 
Einar Orn Thorvaldsson is a computer science CS student at the University of Iceland. He has been on the board of editors for the uUniversity's web of science from the yearsince 2001. Einar maintains the computers at Gestamottakan Your Host in Iceland and oversees all conference homepages and online registration.
