The role of satisfaction in usability design and measurement

The relationship between user experience, satisfaction and usability is now under hot discussion in the field of usability engineering and marketing in terms of the concept definition, the design or implementation approach and the measurement procedure.  The goals of the workshops are to further clarify the mutual relationships between the concepts discussed above., to clarify implications for design methodologies, and to clarify implications for measurement methods and procedures
