The contemporary Hilton Reykjavik Nordica hotel sits in the financial district of midtown Reykjavik, 5 minutes' walk from the outdoor park of Laugardalur.
The hotel is a popular choice for both local as well as international gatherings of all kinds. Hilton Reykjavik Nordica can host meetings of up to 650 guests in the main function space and banqueting area. The conference centre contains a total of 11 meeting and function rooms, the majority of which are located on one floor and all make use of natural daylight.

Conference, Tutorials and Workshop fees – paid before 15 September

Conference fee:  ISK 90.000
Conference fee – Students: ISK 45.000 kr.
Tutorials 16 & 17 October, full day: ISK 50.000
Tutorials 16 & 17 October, half day: ISK 25.000
Workshops 16 & 17 October, full day: ISK 16.000

Cancellation and refund policy:       
Cancellations must be done in writing (e-mail). 75% of the registration fee will be refunded on cancellation received before 15 September. After 15 September no refund will made.    
In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. accommodation, tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of EUR 35 / ISK 5000.   All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
