Please note that prices are subject to change due to currency fluctiations. Participants will be notified of any neccessary changes.
Registration payment for conference should be done either by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or by bank transfer.
By credit card: After submitting registration a frame will be shown with secure payment gateway for credit card information where your card will be charged for the registration fee only, other charges will be made shortly before event.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations must be done in writing. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received before 15 May 2012. After 15 May no refund will be made.
In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. accommodation, tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of EUR 35.
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

I am writing on behalf of my Shipmates, my grandson & myself to say thank you for the wonderful reception you provided at the University before & during the July Conference. The warmth of your greetings and generous hospitality made us feel very welcome. Congratulations to you all for the care and friendship shown to the Convoy Veterans. I am of the opinion that the Conference arrangements were fantastic and a credit to you all.
