All reservations are handled by Your Host. Possible changes of your hotel reservation must be made in writing to Your Host. Hotel reservation cannot be guaranteed after 20 September.

By credit card: After submitting registration a frame will be shown with secure payment gateway for credit card information where your card will be charged for the registration fee only, other charges will be made shortly before event.

Please refer to Comenius REGIO Contact seminar and state the name(s) of the participants(s) clearly on all payments.
Bank and transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.
Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations must be done in writing. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received before 20 September 2011. No refund will be made after 21 September 2010.
In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. extra tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of EUR 35.
All refunds will be processed after the seminar.
