2 Seminar fee:
  • Seminar fee in a single occupacy EUR 650
  • Icelandic participation
    Vinsamlega hafið samband við Gestamóttökuna varðandi ráðstefnugjald og greiðslur.
  • Incl. Hotel Reykjavik Centrum, 3 nights, single room + breakfast, conference material, lunches, coffee breaks and all meals.
    Also included the "Golden Circle" excursion on Saturday and dinner in restaurant Iðno, Saturday evening.

  • Rooms at Hotel Reykjavik Centrum have been reserved by Gestamottakan ehf. - Your Host in Iceland - for seminar deligates at a special conference rate.

  • All reservations are handled by Your Host. Possible changes of your hotel reservation must be made in writing to Your Host. Hotel reservation cannot be guaranteed after 20 August.

3. Form of payment:
  • Payment must be made before 1 September 2010.

  • Registration payment for Comenius contact seminar should be done either by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or by bank transfer.

  • By credit card: After submitting registration a frame will be shown with secure payment gateway for credit card information where your card will be charged for the registration fee only, other charges will be made shortly before event.

  • Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation and refund policy:
  • Cancellations must be done in writing. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received before 20 September 2010. No refund will be made after 21 September 2010.
    In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. extra tours etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less an administration charge of EUR 30
    All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
