Rooms at Hilton Hotel Nordica and Hotel Cabin have been reserved by Gestamóttakan ehf - Your Host in Iceland, for conference participants at a special conference rate.

All reservations are handled by Your Host. Possible changes of your hotel reservation must be made in writing to Your Host. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Payment must be made before arrival at the conference, but will not be charged from the card without the participant´s concent.

Cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations must be done in writing. In case of cancellation of accommodation, tours that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less a bank cost of EUR 25,-
Cancellations must be done at least one week prior to arrival. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
